I provide occupational therapy services for kids and teens at all levels and abilities throughout Sydney.Some of the skills I support families to achieve include: - increasing play and social skills for building relationships at home, school and the community;- increasing self-regulation in children for building resilience and flexible thinking;- increasing independence in self-care tasks, for example, toileting, feeding, grooming, dressing and bathing;- increasing gross motor planning and sequencing for posture, balance and coordination;- increasing fine motor skills and handwriting;- increasing proprioceptive, body scheme and spatial awareness;- increasing concentration, focus and attention;- increasing confidence and self-esteem while reducing levels of stress, anxiety and depression.
