Move-Up-Consulting is an international platform for the cooperation of Business Trainers and Coaches working particularly in the field of experiential learning and outdoor training and having more than 19 years experience in it. Our mission consists to coach our clients in their change management processes from the very first idea until the complete implementation. Developping and executing individually targeted measures, framed in a long term process, si our core competence. Our clients receive all services that make a project from one source: efficient Trainings, convincing Workshops, supportive Coaching and structured Follow-up and, at the end, convincing results. To create opportunity for learnig by experience, we are working with an innovative and efficient interaction of „Thinking" and „Action", a balanced combination of theoretical sequences and practical tasks building on them. We're using a variety of methods in the implementation - from „indoors" to „outdoors". This holistic and on experience oriented approach has the declared objective to implement sustainable change and to help businesses to grow leadership competences and innovation.
