Moving Adventures Medien GmbH, based in Munich, was founded in 2001 as the initiator of the European Outdoor Film Tour, short E.O.F.T. It specializes in the conception, organization and marketing of film tours in the fields of outdoor, sports, nature and adventure. Together with its sister company, the film production company HelliVentures, Moving Adventures has set itself the goal of bringing real stories and people to the big screen, inspiring viewers with authentic and high-quality content, and encouraging for reflection about the environment and resources.The E.O.F.T. is now the largest outdoor film festival in Europe. In 2014, the International Ocean Film Tour was launched as a blue sister, which quickly established itself as a permanent institution for all friends of the seas and water sports.As an entertainment company, Moving Adventures is also a licensee of the Banff Mountain Film Festival and the Reel Rock. Furthermore, it is the owner of the digital ticket platform Outdoor Ticket, which sells its own and licensed tickets for outdoor events in five languages. Overall, the successful in-house productions E.O.F.T. and Ocean as well as the licensed products tour annually through 277 cities in 17 countries and attract more than 453,000 viewers in its approximately 785 screenings.All film tours are communicated and marketed via their own websites, social media channels and accompanied by program magazines.Moving Adventures was founded by Joachim Hellinger, filmmaker and creative mind, and Thomas Witt, as a longtime agency expert responsible for marketing and sales. Since 2018, communication specialist Stefan Mauerer, former co-CEO and founder of the Häberlein & Mauerer agency, has been part of the management.The team around the three managing partners includes 35 employees, supplemented by five "On the Road" teams with about 70 people.
