MPD, Inc. was established in 1987 and is headquartered in Owensboro, Kentucky. We are an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company consisting of primarily eight wholly owned subsidiaries. These include MPD Components, Inc., MPH Industries, Inc., Kustom Signals, Inc., Lion Laboratories Limited, CMI, Inc., FIC Corporation, On-Duty Depot, and Ohio-Valley Two-Way Radio.
