MR Emergency Services offers a simple and effective call management solution. Essentially a telephony service where incoming calls are filtered and instructions directed to the correct personnel within your company or operation, during or after hours on behalf of your patient or client.We service the medical community, trades and other on-demand professions. • For a nominal fee per month (negotiated on registration), we offer the use of our telephone number as your emergency after-hours number. • You give us your roster (day, week, month) or any other directives. • You specify contact protocol – text message, cell call, land-line call. • We filter all calls. • We notify the applicable personell as necessary, or follow instruction. • We are always available to implement any changes immediately.We do our very best to protect you from intrusive and unwanted calls after hours and act as an extension to your reception, relieving that added strain of dealing with after-hours calls and enabling you to take time off, with peace of mind that any emergency calls are being efficiently handled and to your chosen protocol.
