Mr. K's began as an idea to teach our kids about how to run a business. That plan has been incredibly successful in teaching a number of lessons. They have learned a work ethic, the value of a dollar, and the rewards of business ownership. Three years later, we have a cookie following and some recognition for the work of bringing cookie smiles to the faces of our customers.Family-owned and operated in Marietta, GA, you can find Mr. K's at the Marietta Square Farmers' Market every Saturday from 9am-12noon. Background: For years, Mr. K. has been making his signature chocolate chip cookies and being met with a chorus of "you should sell these!" Thanks to all this encouragement, he finally tried it! Now Allen and our two sons, Chris (17) and Chase (14), are diligently baking every Friday night at a local catering kitchen to bring dozens of delicious chocolate chip cookies to the shoppers at the Marietta Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings. We started with chocolate chip cookies, but now offer a variety, which continues to grow as we perfect each new recipe.
