The Mechatronic Research Center of the Islamic Azad University of Qazvin began its activity in 2003 with a laboratory. There are currently 11 laboratories in the center. Due to the wide scope of the laboratories, the number of researchers, the presence of professors, the value of advanced laboratory equipment, the quality and quantity of laboratory space and the numerous honors gained in domestic and international competitions, this series has been selected as the country's scientific research pole. The MRL perspective is "to become a leading international center for the development of mechatronics and robotics knowledge and to generate wealth from it."The Mechatronic Research Labs (MRL) seeks to "provide a committed, expert, and efficient human resource" to meet the needs of industry and society. To accomplish this mission, the MRL aims to "fit" and "absorb" the forces that are prone to and willing to "direct" human resources to its mission.
