MSC Group now operates its business through three separate divisions, MSC Trading (wholesale), MSC Plus (retail) and MSC Lumber (wholesale), and carries the latest assortment of products in various categories including ceramics, tiles, building materials, hardware, plumbing, appliances, generators, solar panels, electrical items, lumber, plywood and steel. The Group maintains very positive relationships with suppliers across the globe to enable it to source the highest quality products for its customers and at the best prices. MSC Plus maintains the only state-of-the-art facilities retail operations of its type in the country, operating out of two major cities, Port-au-Prince and Cap Haitien. In 2020, MSC Plus launched its much anticipated loyalty program, La Carte Plus, that has become rapidly recognized nationwide as a model for best-practices.
