The Mayor's Star Council (MSC) is a volunteer organization made up of civically minded, young professionals that have come together to embrace and engage the city of Dallas and its leadership to help make a difference today rather than simply inherit the city in the future. The MSC works in tandem with the Mayor's office to enable emerging leaders to learn about the challenges our city faces and be an active part of the solution. By coming alongside the current leaders and beginning to learn from them, the MSC is setting the stage for how to lead the City in the future. The Mayor's Star Council serves as both a strategic consult for the Mayor as well as a place where we can leverage the influence, reach and network of our membership to improve Dallas.
