MsMissMrs is a social enterprise founded in 2013 to re-empower. Our mission involves empowering women and girls through self-development programmes, a welcoming SELF CARE hub and some very special undies designed as a gift item that helps supports MsMissMrs mission!At our SELF CARE empowerment hub, we say 'pants' to not feeling good enough- we empower women to LOVE who they are. All we do at MsMissMrs is designed to support women and girls with developing their self-care, creating healthy tools which build esteem through the power of health and well-being. We encourage that learning process through our innovative Get S.E.T (Self Empowerment Tools) programme, which facilitates the social, emotional and physical wellbeing of women and girls.The Get S.E.T. My Self-Care Plan programme is a course developed specifically to support women who are rebuilding self-esteem and well-being after a difficult life journey. This programme is ideal for women
