Is your training Methodical, Social, and Performance based? Using my "MSP" model I assess your business to ensure that your learning strategies are both effective and aligned with your business goals. After assessment I develop curriculum and custom courses, side by side with your subject matter experts, or work with you to develop an RFP for help from other external partners, or a requisition to build your team with necessary expertise. As a Synchronous Learning Expert (SLE) my specialty is in designing and delivering content in a live online classroom, and I train your facilitators and content specialists to be more effective in this area if this is part of your strategy.
