MTIANZ launched July 2017 in response to the process of Standards development and a burgeoning industry due to a rising number of properties, assets, property owners, property occupants and related industries that are increasingly affected by Methamphetamine contamination.The manufacture and consumption of Methamphetamine continues to be a growing concern and MTIANZ provides technical confidence, information, knowledge and a voice for and in those involved in Testing Property for Methamphetamine Contamination.MTIANZ was formally incorporated on the 24th May 2017 as a voluntary, not for profit association. The primary objective of the association is to promote professionalism of Methamphetamine testing service provision within our membership.This will ultimately give the consumer confidence that when they are dealing with an MTIANZ member, they are dealing with a professional.The Association encourages members to develop a better understanding of the responsibilities and duties imposed by the latest Industry Standards and best trade practices. To achieve this, the association facilitates opportunities for the members to meet, correspond and interchange knowledge relevant to the meth testing industry.
