M&U Propiedades was founded in 2019 by two IE Business School alumni. After 7 years of living and working in Madrid they have developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local market – allowing them to curate an extensive network of professional connections and relationships within the city, blending these with an international base. As such, M&U Propiedades´ main focus lies in the Madrid market. However, our wide portfolio - extending across multiple asset classes, from residential units and buildings to hotels and offices, allows us to source unique opportunities and provide a comprehensive service to our clients whatever their needs and objectives may be.M&U has a strong focus on sourcing and presenting investors across the EU, GCC, and SEA with high-level market opportunities in Real Estate.Our extensive and unique portfolio of assets covers access to the below categories:Commercial: A series of office buildings in city centres, with a limited number of secure tenants (mostly MNCs) under long-term lease contractsResidential: An exclusive array of single properties as well as residential buildings across the WorldHospitality: Distressed and non-distressed assets in major cities and tourism destinations currently under operation and generating competitive YoY cash flowsLogistics: Warehouses strategically located in city outskirts, with single tenants, under long-term lease contracts
