We are a non-profit organization focused on addressing cultural barriers to STEM entry and success faced by underrepresented minorities. We believe that the historically marginalized both need and deserve culturally-native, socially relevant introductions to STEM fields; ones that show life in the sciences in balance with personal identity and other passions and ambitions. We believe in the iconoclastic power of representation to mediate and motivate, and our goal is to inspire a new generation of STEM professionals to be curious, confident, resilient, and unapologetically excellent.
