Manpower Resources of Asia Inc. (MRA), Sealanes Marine Services Inc.(SMS), Offshore MRA (MRAO) Inc. and DCL Ventures are the recruitment and staffing divisions of the Group. More recently, the Multiplan Group of companies also started to source crew from Indonesia and Romania.
