In my position, I served as the key liaison between client, operations and management to provide product sales management and support. The primary responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience through focusing on service with a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, clear communications and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring total customer satisfaction through out the sales cycle from initiation of proposal to installation. I provide management, which included: a) identification of business needs, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining a clear business path to and from management to client; b) promptly answer all communications and inquiries; c) communication with other departments & clients to ensure proper flow of information in a timely manner; d) schedule, manage, and verify products, documentation, meetings, projects, and events; e) track and coordinate orders, time lines of projects, and quality control.
