About UsMunckMusic is a live music recording and marketing company. Our mission is to help bands, musicians, and music festivals generate auxiliary income by recording their live performances and distributing the recordings to music fans at a fair price. MunckMusic (pronounced monk-music) can do this because we combine the latest technology with innovative marketing and low overhead costs. We record, mix, and master most of the recordings ourselves and make all of them available at reasonable prices on both CDs and DRM-free downloads at our online music store. For many bands and music festivals we also produce instant CDs (and other digital media) at concert venues so fans can take home a recording of the performance they just heard immediately after the show.
