Mundito aims to disrupt the craft beer market in South East Asia by making it easy for bars to bring tasty Belgian craft beers onto their menu. We have carefully curated a unique offering of hard-to-find beers from a collection of micro-breweries in Belgium, which are now available to the F&B sector at the click of a button.HOW IT STARTED - While organising afterwork events for the Belgian Community in Singapore, we realised that many great bars in Singapore have a very standardised offering of beers on their menu, with a limited selection of craft beers. Coming from a country where beer is literally a part of our heritage (Belgian beer is on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity), and which is home to some extraordinary micro-breweries, we set out to find out why they were not more widely available and to solve this problem! THE PROBLEM - It comes down to Access and Flexibility. Bars are often unaware of the offering that is available from smaller breweries in Belgium. Also, it is uneconomical to ship small quantities of beers, and larger quantities need to be stored. Our platform serves as a one stop shop for bars to browse the best breweries and brews out there, and allows the flexibility to order beers in the quantity and at the frequency they wantHOW DO WE DO IT - We have exclusive relationships with some great breweries. Our platform allows bars to place an order with a minimum quantity as low as 2 boxes (48 beers), or 1 keg (>20L). We pool the demand and optimise shipping and delivery.
