Higher Education - Munich, Bavaria, Germany
The Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) was jointly founded by the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, the Technical University of Munich (TUM), the University of Augsburg, and the George Washington University, Washington D.C. It is an institution unique in its form in Europe for education and research in the field of intellectual property. Our one-year, English-language LL.M. program is directed to university graduates from all over the world who have already gained some practical experience. An international faculty of highly respected academics and practitioners provides students with a firm foundation in all fields of law relevant to intellectual property. Particular emphasis is placed on the international and interdisciplinary aspects, on the practical application, and on the economic implications of intellectual property. Students find excellent working conditions, such as an own desk in an office shared with a few colleagues, an exclusive MIPLC library, opportunities for exchange with the scientists and post-graduate students of the nearby Max Planck Institute, and access to the world's largest IP library.https://www.miplc.de/imprint-privacy-policy/
