They endure many challenges, highs and lows, and sometimes even fail. We learn a lot about ourselves and others through the successes and yes, and sometimes more so through the failures of our relationships. Happy relationships align with our personal values and needs, while unhappy relationships can drain our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy. But how can we cultivate the successes and mitigate the failures? Well, we need to recognize when it's time to self-reflect, nurture the positivity, or maybe even admit to ourselves that it's best to move forward in a new direction.
