Over the years, the Institute has held several conferences with an emphasis on the role and impact of women in leadership, the media, influencing corporate culture, and balancing commitments. These conferences spawned further initiatives and profession-specific discussion groups such as Evenings of Conversation for Young Professional Women, Culture and Core Beliefs lecture series, Women in Media seminars, and Women's Business Ethics Forum. In 2010 Murray Hill Institute expanded its operations to Houston, TX with the establishment of Murray Hill Institute-TX. Building on its established 10-year foundation, MHI-TX continues its mission of transforming culture in the greater Houston area. • The Ethical Leadership Series provides young professionals the opportunity to learn from women leaders how to navigate through the challenges they encounter in the workplace.• Women's Business Ethics Forum offers executive women the opportunity to come together to explore business challenges and decisions that influence company culture.• The Medical Ethics Forum supports women in healthcare professions and promote the value and respect of human life in all its stages.• The Spectrum Cultural Series provides young professional women the opportunity to explore cultural topics and a venue to connect with others.
