Music Beyond is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that trains musicians to become music teachers in developing countries, currently working in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Training local musicians to teach music to children and other members of their community will support the creation of a self-sustained music program. By supporting the local musicians' roles in teaching and nurturing members of their own community, the program will have a far greater and longer lasting impact on both the teachers and the students in these countries.
