Music Together Alexandria offers 45-minute classes, includes songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. The program is developmentally appropriate for children 0-5 and easy for parents or caregivers.The late Ruthanne Lodato founded Music Together Alexandria in 1996. The center is the 69th of 2500 Music Together® locations in over 40 countries. Ken Guilmartin, Founder of Music Together, said, "I remember Ruthanne as one of our energetic "early adopters" who helped to pave the way for the growth of Music Together."Ruthanne held a bachelors and master's degree in music and taught piano lessons and music in local schools. Music Together's curriculum perfectly joined Ruthanne's passions and areas of expertise-early childhood education and music.
