Musicians of the Old Post Road is an award-winning chamber music ensemble founded in 1989 that specializes in bringing lost musical treasures to audiences of all ages. In addition to researching, transcribing, recording, and publishing unfamiliar manuscripts from the Baroque, Classical, and early Romantic periods, we perform 8-10 local concerts annually at which children ages 7-17 are admitted free with an adult as a part of our "Kids Come Free" program. We also present regularly in Boston public schools, enhancing the curricula with live performances and cultural enrichment programs.
