The Muslim Legal Network was founded in 2009 by a group of passionate lawyers and law students who saw the need for a body to address the Australian Muslim community's increasing legal needs.We provide mentoring, education and professional guidance services to student and professional members as well as CLE's and community information sessions. We have actively participated in law reform on various issues since our inception providing submissions to various bodies and give evidence on numerous legislative proposals. The Muslim Legal Network NSW also acts as a conduit between the judiciary, legal profession and broader Muslim community in NSW by hosting commencement of law term and other faith based events.
