MVANO NAVAL SYSTEMS is a joint venture company that is 51% owned by Mvano Marine (www.mvanomarine.co.za) and 49% by Dynamic Marine Systems (www.dynamicmarine.co.za). Mvano Naval Systems is a Level 2 BBBEE company and fulfills the Designated Group requirements for black youth ownership and military veterans beneficiary. As a joint venture company, Mvano Naval Systems benefits from the experience and agencies of Dynamic Marine Systems, as well as fulfilling the new supplier development aspect. Mvano Naval Systems is thus able to offer complete solutions with respect to naval equipment and systems for navigation, internal communications, GMDSS communications, naval command and control, naval radar systems, WECDIS, EOS, automation, Alarm Monitoring and Control Systems (AMCS), and electrical systems. This is made possible through Dynamic Marine Systems' alliances with premium manufacturers and service providers such as Raytheon Anschütz, iXblue, Zenitel (Vingtor-Stentofon), Cobham Sailor, Praxis Automation, KVH and Terma.
