Our company was founded in 1948, was foreign-owned several times, then in December 2020 it was acquired by the Hungarian MVM Group and become 100% owned by the Hungarian government. Starting as a Hungarian company, we gained know-how and became a preferred partner in the global energy industry under different international owners.
