Mwangaza Trust is a Nonprofit Christian Faith based Organization founded on 1st September 2011 and legally registered in Kenya on 1st September 2012 as a company limited by guarantee.‘Mwangaza' is a Swahili word meaning light, and we strive to shine that light throughout Africa. We endeavor to provide hope to millions of vulnerable people in Africa. Mwangaza Trust employs dedicated people with wide-ranging experience in community development. In the past couple of years the company has seen rapid growth and today the company has a solid footing in the sector and a total of around 20 employees.As a stake holder & a player commited to empowering marginalized, vulnerable and the less fortunate in communities around Africa you can expect to work with driven and enthusiastic experts with a focus to being change makers in the society and also offers great opportunity of serving God through responding to the needs of the less privileged in society starting in Kenya and ultimately spreading across Africa. Our culture encourages Mwangaza people to think differently, share great ideas and create effective solutions that help individuals/students/families accelerate their success. With the vision to transform and empower lives in Africa Mwangaza has targeted the use of Education Food Security and Economic Empowerment as the main pillars to anchor the transformational strategy with spiritual growth and compassionate interventions as critical elements in the process.Mwangaza Trust works with partners and brings together leaders & stakeholders to exchange ideas in identifying solutions to the challenges that are trapping communities in poverty and taking action to help empower these communities.
