We work in a similar way as a high street letting agent would except we don't charge you any fees and the end customer is a contractor or professional who pays to stay per night or week instead of longer term on an AST. Our properties are managed over a long term, with a fixed rent payed to the landlord. This means we effectively become your tenant, providing you with a fixed rental income. Using our short term rental strategy we then take control of letting and managing the property, taking great care to select the guests and then manage the property throughout the full duration of the tenancy. Leaving you to enjoy the benefits of receiving an income from your property with minimum stress and a price you are happy with.We also work with agents and are happy to take on slow moving properties that might have been on the books for a while whilst also ensuring there is no loss in revenue to the agent as a result of working with us.
