For instance building schools and colleges falls into the education category; providing free medical treatment and surgery falls into the healthcare category; providing rapid relief to a population hit by an Earthquake for example is an application of Emergency Aid; whilst arranging sowing classes for village women thereby giving them an extra source of income is an application of welfare support.
