We negotiate salary from the view point of the company not from the candidate. Our recruiters come from the corporate side of recruiting so we understand the pressures of the HR department so we don't present you with candidates that don't fit your needs, just so we can count who many submittals we have at the end of the day! Most agency recruiters are very narrowly focused on filling their open positions quickly. That drives the kinds of conversations that they have with each candidate. They aren't naturally going to spend a lot of time with the candidate. We spend quality time with each candidate, to get to know them and their skills. That equals a quality placement for you!
