My Healing Sound is a young start-up founded in 2020 which provides an effortless & impactful meditation-training tool with the fusion of neuroscience and ancient Indian knowledge. Our high-spirited team has explored & examined the psychosomatic patterns of mind & body which helps to re-wire the brain in 3 to 4 weeks. The idea was conceptualised by our Chief Knowledge Officer - Dr.Hemant Mittal who over the last 12 years have treated more than 75,000 people as a Neuro-Psychiatrist & Life Coach. As per his findings, 1 in every 3 person in India suffered from psychosomatic problems with common complains of lack of proper sleep, lack of focus & memory, pain in legs/back, digestive problems, stiffness in back, headaches, mood swings, and diabetes. Using his deep expertise & supervision, 'My Healing Sound' was developed with help of neuro-researchers, birth-chart experts, tech-masters & sound-experts.Since ancient times, various sound frequencies have been harnessed by humans in order to soothe the mind or increase their cognitive abilities. These frequencies have various forms. Sometimes they get the form of a music or a song, sometimes they are simple tunes produced by a musical instrument, sometimes they take the form of nature sounds and sometimes they are syllable sounds produced by our vocal cords. And the beauty of this sounds are that they are not finite or limited. We can keep finding or creating new sounds as we explore more, and each sound is different from the previous one. But it's a mystery that how all this sounds affect our brain differently. A specific sound can be liked by few hundreds and hated by another thousands.This art, science & research of finding "unique" personalised sounds for each individual to help them soothe & improve the brain power is what we call "My Healing Sound".
