MJS encourages candidates to create a profile along with recording a video resume to highlight their best skills and strengths. The video resume simulates having a face to face interview to exhibit personality that they cannot express on paper.In addition to assisting employers, MyJobSearcher is also an efficient tool for employers to assist in their search for that perfect addition to their company. Employers have the ability to view all of the candidate's video resumes, along with utilizing the job board to post positions and creating a profile of their own.
