As parents ourselves, the team at My Kids Care understands the needs of working parents for good, trustworthy childcare, and the difficulty of finding it. Our founder also owns a day nursery, which has given us our in-depth insight into the world of childcare providers, their need to reach parents and make their services and individual qualities clear. We provide a unique, easy-to-use platform that allows childcare providers and parents to connect with each other in a straightforward way, see the information they need, and interact directly. We know from experience that childcare providers want to highlight the same vital information, which parents often struggle to find and want to know about. Using our focused platform solution, day nurseries can show their Ofsted ratings, and childminders and babysitters can display relevant qualifications, CRB checks, and up-to-date parent reviews.With our premium registration, childcare providers can display the individual services they offer, such as whether a nursery offers a sensory room, what its catering arrangements are, and whether childcare vouchers are accepted or whether a childminder will do a school pick up. My Kids Care operates a two-way review system for full transparency: parents can review childcare providers they have used, and providers can respond to reviews. Parents benefit from trusted, thorough information, and childcare providers benefit from positive reviews improving their rating.Currently we focus on day nurseries, childminders and babysitters as our childcare providers, but in the future we hope to expand our interface to include au pairs/nannies, private midwives, holiday clubs for children, and possibly private tutoring for later childhood – after all, we know childcare doesn't stop at the age of five!
