My Leading Roles is a legacy-driven training and consultancy company. Our Vision is to influence leaders to be purposeful and productive. Located in Nairobi, Kenya, My Leading Roles was founded in 2010. We have trained over 2,000 leaders and professionals on personal and organizational legacy. We have also developed effective strategies and training resources for mitigating existing gaps within about 400 organizations. Some of these organizations and institutions are Kenya Private Schools Association, Compassion International, The Directorate of National Cohesion and Values (Kenya), Kenyatta University, The Anglican Church of Kenya, PCEA, CITAM and the Kenya Students Christian Fellowship.
