Her asset-based approach to personal development is one of her many specialized relationship building tools, because it focuses on her clients' strengths and builds upon them.Constance brings a wealth of counseling skills from her many years of domestic violence non-profit experience, including crisis and trauma counseling, women centered counseling and critical inquiry skills (which allows Constance to ask her clients the right questions to get to their core issues more quickly).Constance has captured her incredible knowledge and extensive experience in her book, Am I Worth It? and in her popular home study kit, Open Your Heart 21 Day Program. In her spare time, Constance can be found attending personal growth and spiritual development workshops and seminars, to augment the many practical relationship tools she so generously shares with her clients.
