HR Consultant & Master Coach - Nathalie BergeretPassionate about cognitive sciences and humanities, and today in possession of a Master Coach NCCP certification, I have always been committed to helping people. This is why I launched my reconversion project as a freelancer after thirty years in companies in human resources, management and project management functions.A crazy bet when all the doors were opening to me for a promising "classic" future in a company! However, I felt out of place and frustrated with the "system". I got tired of being "satisfied" with my life, telling myself that there are always worse things. Tired of telling myself that I didn't have the resources, no means, no motivation, no time, etc. I was tired of being "satisfied" with my life by telling myself that there is always worse.My change of path was the best decision of my life and today, I am happy to be able to accompany people in their lives to blossom. I know that we can all change when we decide to!Commitment, organization, respect, rigor, enthusiasm and dynamism are the words that most characterize me.My certified training and my 16 years of experience in Human Resources have enabled me to develop a great sense of listening to people but also an excellent ability to analyze the needs of SMEs.Of a great professionalism, I have at heart to carry out the mandates that I am given, by respecting the deadlines, by finding solutions and this, in a joyful and good mood!
