We are an organization having more than 100 years of experience in the field of construction along with property development. This combined experience of the team ensures the strength and value of our organization. We are in this field, with a vision of environmental safety and protection, as we are proud to say that we take all environmental issues seriously, no matter big or small. We have a firm commitment that every building we build is as per the standards and guidelines of the Green Building Institute Malaysia. We firmly believe in the ‘Go Green' concept and to us, saving trees are imperative. Therefore, we have come up with a mission that for every tree we cut, we will plant a new tree. It's in the ideology of MYBIM to completely educate our customers to fortify, and to make sure that our customers live their lives even more sustainably. We have been proudly satisfying our customers, and have promised our customers to provide them with the acquisition of formidable pieces of land, and establishment of a new and exciting township, located at the classic sea fronts of the West Coast of Malaysia. We feel satisfied in declaring that we have been executing green office practices in our daily operations. The use of hybrid cars as company's vehicles, confirms the green office practices being executed at our organization. We have always encouraged and persuaded the concept of Energy saving and the strategies associated with it. At MYBIM we have made sure the optimization of LED lighting, timer switches and sensors, so as to save energy as much as possible. Our biggest contribution towards energy saving is the installation and operation of the UFAD (Under Floor Air Distribution) Systems, and the advantages of this system include thermal control and better indoor air quality.
