MYER Movement Details
The Malaysian Youths for Education Reform aka MYER is a youth-led movement for education reform in Malaysia. MYER advocates for education reform in multiple aspects, which are; reformation of the education syllabus, disciplinary actions in schools and counselling at schools. Primarily, MYER focuses on educating students and the general public on topics and matters that are not taught in the classroom but are necessary. MYER also advocates to ensure schools give students a reason to learn and increase access towards critical thinking skills, public speaking skills and other soft skills.
