When I first transitioned my property to his team, he took time to look around the property and let me know of possible repairs and the code violations. After that, other than the occasional repairs, everything is just smooth. For small repairs, his team is very fast. Within 2 days of report, they will already send someone out to look at it and possibly fix it. His monthly report and ledger also makes me feel assured that the property is being taken care of. He is a nice guy to work with. Clear communication, efficient work style.
