MyMed is all about bringing patients and pharmacists together. We are a group of pharmacists and IT professionals with the goal of improving kiwis health literacy.We aim to increase patients involvement in their care by giving them access to their health information and improved access to their pharmacist. In doing so we aim to enhance patients' understanding of their medications and health. Using MyMed pharmacists can provide an up to date medication chart for their patients to use whenever they need it. Using our platform, pharmacists will vastly improve their ability to care for their high needs patients by having fast and efficient communication lines. In addition, your dashboard will inform you which patients you are due to contact and record this to make your documentation easier.
