We entered the market in 2008 as a research institute specializing in the Mystery Client methodology, which we integrated with Coaching and Training skills to create the Mystery Coaching® model.Mystery Coaching® originates from three different, closely linked approaches:- Entrepreneurship and marketing approach, as a direct result of many years of experience with multinational companies on national and international Mystery Client projects in various market sectors- Coaching approach, the concrete expression of competence and professionalism acquired as an ICF (International Coach Federation - the largest association in the world of Professional Coaches) Certified Coach. - Quality approach, as guideline to measurement and practical verificationsWe are ISO 9001:2008 certified in Coaching, Training and Mystery Client. When designing and implementing our Mystery client projects we follow the UNI / TS 11312 guideline and when handling our Coaching activities we comply with the Code of Ethics and the 11 skills of the Professional Coach as defined by the International Coach Federation.Over the years we created partnerships with alike companies in order to develop financed training projects, collaborations with Cultural Foundations in the Third Sector and synergies with certification authorities, professional associations and registries.Our know-how is the ability to connect, integrate and mix skills, disciplines, professions and methodologies, to speak to different worlds in different ways, learning from experiences and look at things from different perspectives.
