Myriada is predictive analytics venture with an expertise in "collective analysis" - a system whereby multiple stakeholders are incentivised to synchronously conduct analyses to address the same prediction problem, which are then aggregated, weighted and optimised; yielding forecasts or forward-looking sentiment of a utility greater than the average individual contributor could provide alone. Myriada unveiled their flagship platform, Financial Market Rank ("FMR") in July 2015. FMR is a sophisticated app environment for entry-level job-seekers to prove and improve their raw commercial/financial ability. On the FMR platform (currently desktop + mobile browser only, pseudo-native mobile app to follow), users are immersed into an interactive, addictive game, where they learn to deal with real markets and real people - each providing a stream of fresh situations for their judgement to be tested, quantified and ranked. From an equitable and entirely uniform contest, FMR is able to measure and log each user's evolving performance across three core areas; 1) Market Analysis - an understanding of the financial markets, macro trends and fundamentals, 2) Presentation - communication and the powers of persuasion, and 3) Interpretation - the ability to successfully filter and interpret the analyses of others. The quantification of three essential business skills, demonstrated directly and unambiguously through sustained user activity, delivers assessors objective data for talent selection and assignment.
