MyRoom Gestion Inc. is an innovative, boutique property management company. Opened in 2009, MyRoom specializes in creating new solutions for maximizing the profitability of small and medium sized properties. We manage properties across the south East and West of Montreal, as well as the South Shore.In addition to conventional management services such as renting apartments, building maintenance and administration, and tenant-management, MyRoom's mission is to find innovative ways to help its clients maintain and increase property profitability in a constantly changing market.The MyOffice Business Centres were a creative initiative designed to create value from under-used real estate. In looking to use vacant commercial space, MyRoom's founder, Terrie, partnered with (now defunct) Communoloft to create all-inclusive offices for start-ups and independent professionals. She now manages two MyOffice business centres, one in Hochelaga in Montreal's East End, and one in Verdun in the West End.
