MyTutela is a personal security app that collects and stores digital evidence that lie on the smartphone, with forensics criteria.MyTutela collects texts messages, phone calls register and media, stores allinformation on a dedicated cloud and applies to each file a uniqueand universal algorithm that certifies its authenticity and immutability.For any digital evidence to be valid in Judicialproceedings, the integrity of the data must be proven. Given thatthere is often a high risk of alteration of data stored on devices, it canbe difficult to prove the chain of custody. The application serves toavoid these issues by providing somewhere to store proofs in aforensically sound manner, even when the phone is lost anddamaged.It is designed to tackle the difficulties that victims of stalking,harassment, bullying and other online offenses, face in providingevidence when filing a report. The app indeed produces a report,which can be printed and attached to a Police Complaint. Thus itencourages and supports victims to report crimes or offenses.Through the analysis of the utilized jergon, the context and frequencyof the phrases used in the gathered files, MyTutela AI identifies thepresence of risk elements for the users and suggests them the rightprofessional to contact (lawyer, psychologist, forensics consultant),from its own database.
