Mzaaa Human Investment is a Human Resources management and development consultancy. It is an innovative and creative company born from a need to add intrinsic value to human resource and development functions of organizations. It came about with the realization that most organizations were not tapping optimally into their human resources' potential because of "doing things the usual way". While strategically repositioning themselves by changing their structural designs, operating systems and technology in line with national and global development trends, they were focusing less on repositioning their human resources in line with the local and global trends impacting them. It is due to such inconsistent developments between organizations and their human resources that we witness high staff turnover, absenteeism, labour strikes, lower profit margins and some companies closing down. Our mission is to assist companies and organisations in realising the value of investing in optimising and utilising their most valuable assets, their human resource which will in turn impact on their bottom line, profit margins or service delivery index. Our approach: This will be done whilst drawing or tapping from the rich history of the African Indigenous Knowledge Systems, mythology and cultural heritage, which combined with the international best practices, can provide holistic support services and solutions to our customer's needs and expectations.
