Founded in 1923 by the late Sir Noel Cole, N Cole Ltd has a rich heritage of over 95 years of delivering iconic and complex projects. N Cole Ltd is a family and 100% New Zealand owned construction company, which has certainly stood the test of time. We are significantly proud of our achievements from its humble beginnings over 9 decades ago, to now delivering projects ranging in diversity from high-end apartments and hotels, health and aged care facilities, commercial and retail buildings, industrial warehousing, heritage restoration projects and seismic upgrading, through to government agency works, schools, fire stations and even the defence force.Our capabilities extend across the entire building process with a particular emphasis on adding value through early contractor engagement.
