As sources and uses of funds have changed significantly recently, investors' expectations have changed, and competition has increased. ABOUT ME With over 32 years of industry experience in various senior capacities internationally, Ivan is an experienced tech entrepreneur, investor, and former investment banker. He is the Managing Director of N3 Capital, a catalyst to help entrepreneurs create and grow disruptive technology platforms by providing seed and early stage investing, raising growth capital, and offering strategic board advisory services. Ivan is also an adjunct professor at USC Marshall School of Business and a lecturer at London Business School where he teaches classes on raising growth capital. He was a CEO of several tech companies, the former Managing Director at Siemer as well as the former Head of the Technology Practice at Barrington Associates, a division of Well Fargo Securities. I received my MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and his Bachelor's of Science in Engineering from McGill University. I have also completed executive education programs at HBS and Stanford. I am a registered Broker/Dealer and am a General Securities Principal licensed with FINRA/SIPC.
