I'm a Senior User Experience designer. Leading clients on the Digital Customer and Workplace journeys, I've been part of the Digital teams at consulting firms helping their clients, usually big corporations, as well as working embeded in clients' teams with little budget. In my roles accorss the board I always have to think one step ahead when creating for their new strategies being for their employees or their customers.I specialise in doing human-centred design, digital strategies as well as doing the traditional User Experience work, from the early stages of discovery to the final deliverables of the visual design stream. Working with teams offshore and leading teams to ensure we deliver what is best for clients and their customers, internally or externally.My skills allow me to work from the very beginning of the project, even from planning stages, down to the final visual designs that will be incorporated into the development.I'm looking forward hearing from you and see how I can help you on your next project.
