NAAFIS - National Association for the Advancement of Forensic & Investigative Science Details
It is the intent of the National Association for the Advancement of Forensic and Investigative Science (NAAFIS) to support and promote current and future Science, Technical, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) educational excellence by providing or supporting educational programs designed to teach students the skills, the practical applications, and the body of knowledge created not only from the efforts gained as a result of the post 9/11 War on Terror, but also provide and support programs that enable strong, foundational science education at the earliest grade levels to enhance the numbers and the efficacy of future Investigative and Forensic Scientists entering the workforce.
